Lina Savage

Lina Savage, C.P.C., is the Founder and CEO of Savage Search Associates, a boutique, family-owned recruitment firm she operates alongside her two children, Jacob Savage and Kristina Savage-Cerda, and a team of 15 independent recruiters. The firm specializes in Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Senior Administrative searches.
Savage Search Associates was founded from Lina’s vision after more than 20 years with one of Southern California’s most distinguished staffing firms, Abigail Abbott Staffing. During her tenure, she developed a deep understanding of the importance of delivering a highly personalized experience when supporting both clients and candidates through evolving career needs. Over the course of her career, she has successfully placed more than 3,000 candidates with leading organizations.

Lina is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a long-standing member of the Pinnacle Society, the nation’s premier consortium of top recruiters. She is also affiliated with the National Human Resources Association (NHRA) and PIHRA (Professionals In Human Resources Association). She has been invited to speak at NAPS, CAPS, ASA, and various state associations, where she shares industry best practices.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Lina is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She and her team mentor students at Samueli Academy and Orangewood Foundation, hosting workshops focused on life and career development. They also support organizations including the Wounded Warrior Project, NHRA, Feed the Hungry, Youth Employment Services (YES), Working Wardrobes, Make-A-Wish, UC Irvine, Crime Survivors, Build-A-Bike, Dream Center Los Angeles, Free Chapel, and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
