Evan Hecht is the Founder of QS Recruiting, a boutique search firm focused on placing exceptional talent across AI, software, legal, and finance. For more than twenty years, Evan has helped early-stage companies, hedge funds, and enterprise teams identify and hire people who drive product, performance, and transformation.

Before launching QS Recruiting, Evan led Quantitative Systems, a firm rooted in technical placements across software and quantitative trading. As the market evolved, QS Recruiting expanded to cover AI-native and AI-enabled roles across machine learning, infrastructure, product, legal, and sales.

Over his career, Evan has placed more than one thousand professionals across a wide range of functions and leadership levels. He has led searches for founding engineers, heads of AI, legal counsel, staff-level product talent, and operators who have gone on to lead teams and ship breakthroughs.
