Todd Shiner has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and executive search industry, representing senior leaders across a broad range of industries. He began his career at a New Jersey-based CPA firm, conducting forensic audits and corporate tax compliance, before moving into corporate accounting. During the dot-com era, he quickly rose through the ranks to become a Corporate Controller.

Todd developed deep expertise in accounting and finance executive search through roles at Korn Ferry, Parker + Lynch (Adecco), and Robert Half International. His network includes experienced CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers, and functional leaders in Tax, Treasury,
Financial Reporting, Procurement, and Audit.

He partners with a wide range of clients—from Fortune 50 corporations to emerging, private equity-backed companies—across the United States. Todd has supported his clients through M&A transactions, IPOs, capital raises, divestitures, business transformations, and complex technical initiatives, including ERP and system integrations. He holds a degree in Accounting from Monmouth University. Outside of work, Todd enjoys time with his wife and daughters and is actively involved in supporting programs for the
special needs community.
