The Pinnacle Society is so proud to welcome two Rock Stars to our organization, Jennifer Meyer, CSM and Katharine Wilcox!

Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in the search and recruiting industry. Prior to joining Govig & Associates, she served as president and co-founder of North Coast ExecuSearch, Inc. for over 13 years. She is recognized for successfully placing more than 1100 professionals and has accumulated several industry accolades, including 14-time Pacesetter Award winner, 4-time Top 15 Producing Manager, MRI Hall of Fame Inductee and MRI Top Gun Designee through MRINetwork.

Katharine joined Resource Mosaic in early 2011 after 6 years with the Lucas Group where she was a senior partner on the accounting/finance executive search team. Working with clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, she recruits top accounting and finance talent at the manager, director and VP levels. Her specialties include SEC reporting, accounting policy research, all areas of tax, internal audit, controllership, financial planning and analysis, strategy and financial systems management.

Prior to joining the executive search profession, Katharine worked at the William Morris Agency in Los Angeles. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), in 1999 with a degree in communications studies.
