Scott Tonsoni is the Managing Director of Christian|Ryan Executive Search.  Scott has run a successful national practice focused on Equipment Finance since 1997, during which time he has directly recruited and placed over 600 candidates in this market.  Placements include Executives along with Sr Level experience/leadership in Sales, Credit, Operation, Asset Management, IT, and Legal.  His representative clients include global financial services companies, independent commercial finance institutions, and regional banks.  Prior to founding Christian|Ryan, Scott spent 13 years as a Partner with ThinkingAhead, a glocal search firm with offices in the US and Europe.  He is an active Board Member of the Tennessee Recruiters Association.

In his free time, Scott enjoys playing soccer, skiing, running, travel, and taking advantage of the great Nashville music scene. 

He cherishes time with his 3 children:  Ava, Christian, and Sophia.
