Nina Buck is a Partner and Sr. Recruiter at Walker Elliott. Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, formerly Yugoslavia, Nina immigrated to the US in 1996. She was a senior in high school. She received her Bachelor degree in Public Relations from the University of Houston before participating in Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s Management Training program. After one too many car washes under the hot Houston sun, she decided to part ways with the rental business and try her hand at recruiting. She soon discovered her calling and has been recruiting for the same company ever since.

Nina specializes in the placement of Petroleum Engineers, Geoscientists and Land professionals in the Oil & Gas industry. Her clientele includes start-ups and small-to-medium sized oil and gas companies, both private and public.Due to her professional success, Nina is currently member of Pinnacle Society, the nation’s premier consortium of top recruiters within the direct placement and search industry.
