Michelle started with Scientific Search in January 2004. She has spent these years building and nurturing relationships with loyal clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device industries. As a Vice President of Recruiting at Scientific Search, Michelle has led teams of recruiters to outperform and exceed client and candidate expectations.
Michelle has worked diligently to establish Scientific Search as a leader in the placement industry. She has made hundreds of placements in R&D, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Drug Safety, Business Development, Market Research, and Operations.
Michelle graduated with a useless BS in Political Science from SUNY Oswego, resides in Central New York, and is married with two grown boys that give her gray hair.

Her wealth of experience has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the intricacies of recruiting, enabling her to navigate the ever-changing landscape with ease. She has established a reputation for excellence, consistently delivering outstanding results and forging long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Michelle obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego, but it is her decades of front-line experience that has provided her with the critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for her current role. Throughout her career, she has continued to enhance her knowledge through professional development courses and staying up to date with the latest industry trends.
Based in central New York, Michelle calls the picturesque region home. She takes great pride in her community and actively contributes to its growth and development. Her passion for connecting people extends beyond her professional endeavors, as she volunteers her time helping those less fortunate and “paying it forward” on a monthly basis working closely with several local non-profit organizations.
When Michelle is not immersed in the world of recruiting, she finds joy in spending quality time with her family. In the spirit of being a good Italian daughter, she and her husband built a home across the street from her mom. Michelle is the mother of two boys, both attending Temple University. Her home would not be complete without her two dogs.
Michelle looks forward to retirement when she can concentrate on keeping her plants alive.
