Jeff embarked on his career in Executive Recruiting in 1996, following a successful tenure in production management. His enthusiasm for recruiting quickly became apparent, and he shares his passion for the industry with his team, clients, and candidates every day. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed searches in various domains, including commercial/consumer lending, wealth management, sales, operations, finance, human resources, engineering, and consulting.
