Mr. Friedman earned Rookie of the Year, his first complete year in the business as well as becoming a 2012 – 2018 President’s Club member, before starting his own firm, H Friedman Search.  Over his tenure, which is twelve  plus years in the industry, his recruitment figures are over 150 Public Finance Professionals and Investment Banking teams & Bond Counsels throughout the United States. He credits his in-depth knowledge of Public Finance and the Legal arena for his success.  Which started with M.L. Stern & Co, as a  Senior Investment Banking Manager.  His responsibilities included the structuring; analysis and underwriting of tax-exempt municipal bonds and leases on behalf of public agencies and private issuers.  He has been responsible for in excess of 500 million dollars in community facilities districts and special assessment district funding.As he is fond of saying, when you know the industry inside and out, senior people welcome the opportunity to have high level conversations with you.
