Gwen Fausel, Vice President of Pathfinders, Inc., received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Georgia. She began her recruiting career over 30 years ago when she joined Pathfinders as a Consultant specializing in recruitment of executive administrative candidates for businesses with offices located in the metro Atlanta area. Because of Gwen’s recruiting accomplishments and tenure with Pathfinders, she is widely sought by locally and globally headquartered corporations to identify and recruit top administrative and executive support talent.

Gwen has won consecutive awards of excellence for annual billings through the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS). GAPS has recognized her as the only individual in the state who has achieved award designations every year since the inception of the program. She had the honor of joining the PInnacle Society in 2000.

Gwen is an avid golfer and fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending time with her family. She has served on the board of the Georgia Special Olympics since 2013.
