Danny Sarch has been working as a recruiter in the wealth management space since his graduation from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and has been running his own firm since 1990. Danny prides himself as a “career fiduciary”, understanding that every hire, and every career move, changes the arc of the careers of both the candidate and the client. Danny has been in Pinnacle since 1998, served as President from 2004-2008 and was elected to be an Honorary Lifetime Member upon finishing his term as President. Sought out as a thought leader in the wealth management industry, Danny is quoted frequently in industry publications. On the personal side, Danny has been cycling 190 miles over two days to raise money for cancer treatment and research in the Pan Mass Challenge since 2010. In 2019, Danny joined the Board of Experience Camps for Grieving Children (www.experiencecamps.org) and currently is serving as Board Chair.
