Brooke has been recruiting in the lighting industry since 2008 working with manufacturers, distributors, ESCOs, rep agencies and specifying firms on positions in sales, marketing, operations and engineering from individual contributor roles to VP / C-Suite level. She owns Egret Consulting which has specialized in the overall electrical industry since 1999.
Brooke Ziolo joined Egret Consulting in 2008 as an Executive Recruiter and excelled. She became a Partner in the firm in 2013 and the Managing Director in 2016. In 2019, Brooke purchased Egret and is now the President & CEO. Brooke was also inducted into the Pinnacle Society, the top 80 industry-leading recruiters in North America, in 2016. Brooke holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois.
