Brock Boyd

Brock started connecting technology sales talent with high growth companies in 1998. He has been a member of the Pinnacle Society since 2007 and served on the board of directors of NAPS, as well acting as a speaker and consultant at many industry events.

Brock started connecting technology sales talent with high growth companies in 1998 when he founded CMI at the age of 23.

CMI’s niche is finding top sales & sales leadership talent for small-mid sized technology companies. 

Brock has completed over 1,000 successful searches for client companies over the past 20 years, ranging from VC backed startups to Fortune 1000 companies.  As a result he was invited to join The Pinnacle Society in 2007, which is the premier consortium of industry leading recruiters in North America.  This is widely considered to be the top 5% of the industry, membership is limited to 80 people with very strict production & ethical standards for entry. 

He has delivered numerous seminars on the job search process to individuals, as well as acting as a consultant to organizations on best practices for hiring top talent.

He was a NCAA Division I Collegiate Wrestler and received a B.S. in Business from Old Dominion University in 1997)

Brock is a Northern Virginia native where he still resides with his wife and son.
