Mike Cioffi is the founder of Talent Traction, a highly specialized recruitment brand in the U.S. With over 20 years of experience across the rubber, plastics, and automotive industries, Mike has personally placed hundreds of top-level candidates, from managers to C-suite executives. He has worked closely with top manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers nationwide and has contributed as a talent and recruitment expert for major industry publications.
Mike’s passion for these industries began at a young age, growing up in the thermoplastics and automotive sectors, where his family owned a manufacturing facility that was a tier 1 supplier to major automotive brands. He later went on to help build and support a sales organization that generated over $1 billion in revenue while working with the Chief Commercial Officer of a global brand.
While earning his MBA from Fordham University, Mike developed the concept of a hyper-niche recruiting platform, leading to the creation of Talent Traction. Over the past decade, he has grown his team of experts to consult with some of the most recognized names in various industrial industries.
Mike remains an active founder, fully engaged in the day-to-day operations, and leads with a strong commitment to his company’s core values: R.E.E.T—resilience, ethics, excellence, and teamwork. He is passionate about connecting top talent with outstanding organizations in an increasingly noisy recruitment landscape.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys fishing, sporting clays, and spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter.
