Justis Pederson
Justis Pederson has been the ‘go-to’ head-hunter in the construction industry for nearly a decade. Recognizing the urgent need for talent within the industry early on in his career, Justis founded The Pederson Group (TPG) in 2021, a talent agency focusing on management searches within commercial, multi-family and industrial construction and engineering. TPG works with general contractors, engineering firms and real estate developers throughout western Canada and the USA, including high profile clients such as Bockstael Construction, The North West Company, Graham Construction & Engineering, Yara International, and many more. Justis has a deep passion for the construction industry, his goal is to continue to prop the industry up while finding solutions to the major workforce shortage problem.

the urgent need for talent within the construction and engineering sector while working for a global recruitment firm early on in his career.
The Pederson Group (TPG) is the construction and engineering industry’s leader in talent attraction and recruitment. TPG conducts permanent search and recruitment projects from start to finish for all leadership roles within construction and engineering organizations, ranging from supervisory to executive level positions.
Outside of running the day-to-day operations of The Pederson Group, Justis has board experience. He is currently the Outreach Director for the Young Construction Leaders of Manitoba (YCLM). He is also a corrections and treatment centre coach, which involves coaching inmates at correctional institutions and recovery treatment facilities such as Bruce Oak Recovery Centre on sobriety and recovering from addiction.
Justis has made it his life’s mission to bring awareness to the construction and engineering workforce shortage and to make a difference in the construction world by connecting talent to organizations in need.
