Rich Bradley is the Founder and Senior IT Recruiter at TeamBradley, Inc., a boutique executive search firm he launched in 1995 after beginning his recruiting career in 1982. With more than four decades of experience, Rich specializes in senior-level IT and enterprise systems search across Infrastructure, ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data platforms.

His expertise includes SAP and S/4HANA environments, enterprise applications, network and systems infrastructure, cloud architecture, DevOps, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing and distribution organizations.
