Norm Volsky

Norm Volsky is Managing Partner and Executive Search Practice Leader of the Employer Technology group including: Digital Health, Marketing Technology (MarTech), and HR Technology along with the FinTech practice at Direct Recruiters, Inc. Norm is also the host of the Digital Health Heavyweights Podcast.

In 2021, Norm was inducted into The Pinnacle Society, the nation’s premier consortium of top recruiters within the direct placement and search industry. Norm is also an EHIR Trusted Partner and frequent presenter. EHIR, or the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable, is a coalition to drive adoption and innovation in the health and wellness space. He is one of the top Healthcare Technology and Digital Health Recruiters in the United States.

Norm graduated from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business with a major in Finance.
