A Client/Candidate Obsessed Headhunter, Larry is a Senior Partner of Hobson Associates, one of the more prominent Executive Search firms in the US and home of an amazing team. Since 2004, he has been working with high growth tech companies to scale. He assists in hiring the talent that drives their growth and shape their culture. Larry’s relationships are strongest around the GTM functions such as Sales, Presales, Marketing and Customer Success.

He works with early to mid-stage companies that can’t rely on their name alone and need an advocate to separate their story from the pack and proactively draw in the best talent. In 2014, Larry was honored to be inducted into The Pinnacle Society.
