Katharine Wilcox has been with Resource Mosaic, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, since 2011. Prior to that, she spent six successful years at the Lucas Group, where she was a Senior Partner on the Atlanta accounting and finance executive search team.

In 2022, Katharine took on the ownership of Resource Mosaic, assuming the role of President. Under her leadership, Resource Mosaic has continued to thrive providing executive search services to a diverse range of clients, from small start-ups to Fortune 500 multinational companies. Katharine and her team specialize in recruiting accounting and finance professionals at various levels, including manager, director, VP, and C-suite positions. She also supports her clients with their leadership needs in other areas, such as human resources, operations, legal, and sales/marketing.

Throughout her career, Katharine has remained committed to delivering outstanding results for her clients. With a focus on deeply understanding their unique requirements and organizational culture, she utilizes her extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and attract exceptional candidates who align with her clients’ goals and values. She enjoys taking on the tough-to-fill searches and wants to be the go-to person for all her clients’ recruitment needs.

Outside of work, Katharine and her husband are proud, and busy, parents to twins. Katharine also serves as a board member for the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, a non-profit organization focused on the development and support of the Atlanta BeltLine, a sustainable transportation and redevelopment project.

Prior to entering the executive search industry, Katharine was in the entertainment industry at the William Morris Agency, an international talent agency, in Los Angeles. Her experience in this dynamic and fast-paced field honed her relationship-building and negotiation skills. Originally from Coronado, California, Katharine graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1999.
