Holly Dary is the CEO and Founding Partner of Tarvos Talent, LLC (a Connect Search, LLC company), a specialized accounting & finance recruiting firm based in Austin, Texas. A proud Wisconsin native and graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Holly began her career in public and corporate accounting before discovering her passion for recruiting. She spent nearly two decades at a global staffing firm, where she rose through the ranks and led high-performing teams across eight U.S. markets. Her leadership is defined by her ability to build thriving teams, deliver exceptional client results, and lead with authenticity and unwavering commitment to excellence in service to her teams, clients, and candidates.

In 2019, Holly launched Tarvos Talent to create a value-driven, people-first recruiting firm focused on finance, accounting, and human resources roles.
