David Bradley

David spent the first 16 years of his career with Sperion/Randstad as a leader in the Detroit, MI office. He led the office in placements and billings during his tenure. In 2010, he left to help launch and start-up Movement Search and Delivery. The firm has grown from 3 to 60 full-desk headhunters in 5 offices over the next 14 years to today. David was instrumental in helping to hire and mentor many headhunters into the business.

David is a leading producer at Movement with 750+ placements since 2009, with the most placements in the firm’s history (Personal billings of $1.3MM in 2023, $1.15MM in 2022, and average of $750K+ in billings throughout career). David manages high-volume accounts with a team of 60 headhunters
