Cari Kraft is the President and CEO of one of the longest standing premier executive search firms with a niche focus in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotech, Diagnostic industries and those that support them such as CROs, CDMOs, Lab Equipment, Agencies, etc. Cari leads a team of master level recruiters with a network of over 300,000 of the top professionals in their field within the Life Science space.
Cari is also the publisher of HSandM, a leading publication for commercial executives in Life Sciences, currently serves as the Global Chair of the HBA Career Transformations Global Affinity Group and is proud to be a member of the Pinnace Board.
Prior to joining Jacobs Management Group, Ms. Kraft held positions in Leadership, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing in the Technology field. A University of Pennsylvania/Wharton alumnus, Cari holds degrees in both economics and decision sciences.
