Brooke Ziolo

Brooke Ziolo joined Egret Consulting in 2008 as an Executive Recruiter and excelled immediately. She became a Partner in the firm in 2013 and the Managing Director in 2016. In 2019, Brooke purchased Egret and is now the President & CEO. Brooke was inducted into the Pinnacle Society, the top 80 industry-leading recruiters in North America, in 2016. Brooke holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois.

Brooke is exclusively a Lighting Recruiter who works with manufacturers, distributors, and rep agencies of lighting and LED fixtures, lamps, ballasts, drivers, and lighting controls, as well as lighting design firms, MEP firms, architectural engineering firms, consulting engineering firms, and ESCOs.

Egret Consulting was founded in 1999 and is niched in the electrical industry. Collectively, the recruiting team at Egret covers manufacturers, distributors, rep agencies, and specifying firms for Wire & Cable, Power Distribution, Building Automation, Renewable Technologies, Tools, IT, and Cybersecurity.
