Brian Foster

Brian has been building top performing healthcare IT sales teams for over 20 years. Many of his clients have gone public or been acquired. Before entering the recruiting industry, Brian served as a Marine Corps infantry officer and was a President’s Club winning medical sales executive.

Brian has built a reputation that precedes him, which enables top sales talent in healthcare IT to not only take his calls but also consider potential career moves with his guidance. Brian is most proud of the fact that his candidates “stick” and produce results. His placements typically inhabit the Top Ten rankings of his clients. Additionally, his three-year post-placement retention average has never fallen below eighty percent.

Brian and his wife have been married for over 34 years and have five grown sons, an English Bulldog named Gus, and a parrot named Baby. They are lifelong Steeler fans and active in their church.
