Garen Haddad

Garen Haddad is President of Gateway Group Personnel, a Memphis-based executive search and staffing firm founded by his late parents in 1983. Over the past three decades, he has helped continue the company’s reputation for relationship-driven, ethical recruiting and staffing services throughout the Mid-South and Southeast regions.

Garen and his team work with privately held companies, private equity-backed organizations, and larger corporate clients on searches across a range of functional areas, including finance/accounting, human resources, operations, engineering, and executive leadership. While much of the firm’s work is concentrated in the United States, he has also supported international searches in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.

He began his recruiting career in 1993 after graduating from Eckerd College with a degree in Personnel Management. Early in his career, he specialized in Internal Audit recruiting for Fortune 500 companies before expanding into broader executive search and staffing engagements.

Outside of work, Garen has been involved in several community and mentorship initiatives over the years, including longtime service with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. He was also recognized as part of Memphis’ “Top 40 Under 40.”

Garen joined The Pinnacle Society in 2007 and values the relationships, collaboration, and professional development opportunities the organization provides within the recruiting industry.
