Cari Kraft, the President of Jacobs Management Group (a boutique executive recruiting organization), has a rare combination of experience in Life Science recruiting and the IT industry.  Focused on the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device fields, Ms. Kraft has built a wealth of expertise in the industry.  Prior to taking the helm of Jacobs Management Group, Ms. Kraft has held positions as a Senior Sales Executive, Director of Business Development and Director of Marketing in the IT field.
