Scott Willis
Scott’s career in recruiting started in 2000 at Management Recruiters of Noblesville. During his 5 year tenure with MRI, he earned multiple honors and awards including MRI’s Rookie of the Year in 2000, National Pacesetter (awarded to the top 1% of billers in the Corporation) on a yearly basis, and National Biller of the month twice. In 2006, he founded Arnett Management Solutions and grew an executive search business centered around manufacturing before merging in 2019 with Theoris, a professional services corporation. Scott has continued to achieve a high level of success, crossing the $10 million mark in production in 2020. He has served on Pinnacle’s Board of Directors and as the Education Committee Chair.
Scott heads up the executive search division of Theoris Search and brings over 22 years of experience in recruiting to the table in manufacturing, including the Food/Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries. His goal is to make the right fit while holding to the highest ethical and professional standards. Scott’s area of expertise is centered in manufacturing where he spent 7 years of his career in production and maintenance supervision, engineering, and project management. He recruits positions across all levels of an organization in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Validation, Process Development, Maintenance/Utilities, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Accounting.
